Breaking the Genetic Code for Hair Growth Pattern - PERM IN A PILL!

This is very interesting given that a prayer* for healthy hair includes a specific petition for God to effect the Law of Transmutation in one's present genetic pattern for increase in hair growth rate, thickness and  length.

December 09, 2009. MediaTakeOut.com learned that a SCIENTIFIC BREAKTHROUGH with possible implications on Black folk has just been made. Researchers at Australia's Queensland Institute of Medical Research claim to have discovered the gene responsible for the curliness of a person’s hair. And according to them, they’re now on the verge of developing a perm in a pill.

Researcher Professor Nick Martin told a packed crowd of reporters that his team discovered that variations in the trichohyalin gene which is responsible for the curliness or straightness of hair. Before this discovery, scientists believed that the trichohyalin gene’s sole responsibility was for the development of hair follicles.

And it gets even more interesting. According to Professor Martin, the discovery will likely have major implications for hair treatments. He said, "Potentially we can now develop new treatments to make hair curlier or straighter, rather than treating the hair directly.”

Whichever company comes out with that pill first is gonna make BILLIONS!!!

*Will include prayers in next Biblical Beauty installment.  :o)

ALOE VERA, GOD'S MIRACLE PLANT

I remember meeting a woman who had incredible skin.  She had a flawless complexion.  I mean flawless as though it had been airbrushed.  Of course, I asked her what did she use on her face.  She said she has only used aloe gel from the fresh aloe plant.  She kept a plant in her refrigerator and cut off as much as she needed daily to apply to her face.

In addition to topical application, try adding the pure gel to your favorite juice beverage.  Most aloe beverages sold in grocery stores have high sugar content.

Common Names: Aloe vera, True Aloe

Suggested Properties:
Anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and energy tonic

Aloe vera Benefits
Aloe vera is one of the only known natural vegetarian sources of Vitamin B12, and it contains many minerals vital to the growth process and healthy function of all the body's systems. Numerous studies worldwide indicate that aloe vera is a general tonic for the immune system, helping it to fight illness of all kinds. Various research studies are underway to explore the potential of aloe vera components to boost immunity and combat the HIV virus, and to treat certain types of cancer (particularly leukemia). It may even have a role to play in managing diabetes.

Aloe Vera has been used for centuries as a remedy to cure and relieve common skin disorders in Native America, India, and the Caribbean.  This miracle plant has been used to help relieve skin and scalp disorders and keep hair healthy.

So what is the connection with Aloe Vera and hair loss you ask?  Aloe Vera is known to balance out the PH balance and stimulate the production of enzymes on your scalp which helps stimulate hair growth.  So if you are looking to prevent hair loss or just keep your locks healthy use this sure fire routine to keep your full head of hair on your head versus the bed!

Before going to bed, dab a bit of Aloe Vera on your scalp with your fingers or cotton ball. Massage in the scalp and hair.  Wash the next day.  If you would rather not sleep with the gel, put Aloe Vera in your hair first thing in the morning and then wash after an hour.  Remember longer is better!  You can find either Aloe Vera stalks at your local grocery store or nursery. Not into the natural stalks, use an over the counter Aloe Vera Gel.

Aloe Vera, is a powerful moisturizer, which penetrates the skin supplying moisture directly to the tissues. It is renowned for it's soothing and calming effect .  Aloe improves skin tone and color by increasing the blood flow to the areas of application.  Aloe Vera gel is used in wound healing preparations, (creams, gels and ointments) for the treatment of skin conditions such as psoriasis-  perfect for sensitive skin and around the delicate eye areas to reduce puffiness and redness. Legend has it that two of the most alluring Egyptian Queens, Nefertiti and Cleopatra, relied on Aloe Vera to maintain their youthful complexions.
