Hello Biblical Beauties!!!
PLUMERIA PLANT
Happy 1st day of Summer. I keep hearing strains of the “Hot Fun In The
Summertime.” Let’s make this Summer, the
best one ever.
I would love to go back to Hawaii. I visited the beautiful island of Maui two years ago and I will never forget. Despite the fact that I was allergic to the Leis made from the fragrant, PLUMERIA PLANT making my lips swell as though I had too much Collagen injected into them and I stayed out in the sun much too long resulting in my skin peeling for months upon return, IT WAS THE BEST EVER SUMMER VACATION.

Fresh fruit, especially pineapple, vegetables and fish were
the staples of my diet. Drinking KONA
COFFEE was like rich velvet sliding down my throat. I even fell in love with the Poi. Sort of reminded me of smooth grits.
Hawaii is a veritable paradise. The people of Hawaii are so congenial, calm
and I have to say some of the most beautiful people on the planet, inside and
out.
While on a tour of the Hawaiian Rain Forest, I discovered
the Awapuhi Plant. Our tour
guide broke a piece off and told us to use it in our hair. I recognized the name of the plant from
having observed that it is a major ingredient in the Paul Mitchell
products. So, I was curious about using
it in it’s natural form. LORD HAVE MERCY!!!! Awapuhi is a heavenly nectar. Now, anything heavenly has to be incorporated
in a Biblical Beauty’s regimen.
If you squeeze the bud out comes the main ingredient of Paul
Mitchell's Awapuhi Ginger line. He
actually bought a farm and grows the plant on the Big Island of Hawaii. He spoke with some Hawaiian grandmothers who
shared some vital secrets about a plant that has been used for centuries to
cleanse as well as soften the hair and skin.
In fact many locals use just this
to wash their hair, with no other added ingredients. I tried it and it made my hair feel like silk. It is available in various hair care lines, particularly, Paul Mitchell but the pure nectar is unbelievable.
Ahhhh......I long to go back to Hawaii. You know what, if I want some of the pure Awapuhi, I will have to because it only grows there. In the meantime, here's some beautiful Hawaiian music singing about Awapuhi. Listen to this and be whisked away.
ALOHA,
Michele
Awapuhi Plant is a promising ingredient. Who know the next generation of beauty products are loaded with it.
